Dr. Hing-Yan LEEExecutive Vice President

Hing Yan LEE has over 30 years of ICT working experience in both the public and private sectors. He was global director of the STAR program at the Cloud Security Alliance (CSA) for 6 months in 2017. Prior to that, he was Director of National Cloud Computing Office at Infocomm Development Authority (IDA) for 9+ years, where he was responsible for the national program for, inter alia, developing the cloud ecosystem, promoting cloud adoption by government agencies and private enterprises, and building a trusted environment (which included developing the Multi-Tier Cloud Security standards and Cloud Outage Incident Response guidelines).
He was previously Deputy Director of the National Grid Office at the Agency for Science, Technology & Research (A*STAR), Principal Scientist at the Institute for Infocomm Research (I2R), Director of Knowledge Lab and Deputy Director of Japan-Singapore Artificial Intelligence Centre at the Kent Ridge Digital Labs as well as Deputy Director at Information Technology Institute (the applied R&D arm of the National Computer Board). He oversaw and managed industry collaborations and applied R&D in machine language translation, spoken language dialogue, expert systems, knowledge discovery, data mining, data visualization, and other knowledge-driven efforts. He worked on projects with organizations such as Department of Statistics, National Archives of Singapore, Housing & Development Board, Defense Science & Technology Agency, Alta Vista, Amazon Web Services, Fujitsu, IBM, Hewlett-Packard, Microsoft, SingTel, and Platform Computing. Hing Yan co-founded two high-tech companies - Language Tapestry and eXage. He was an adjunct associate professor at the National University of Singapore, served on the School of Digital Media & Infocomm Technology Advisory Committee at the Singapore Polytechnic, Engineering Accreditation Board team member (2014), co-chair of the National Infocomm Competency Framework Technical Committee on Cloud Computing as well as member of the Cloud Computing Standards Coordinating Task Force of the Singapore Infocomm Standards Committee. He was also a member of the NatSteel Corporate R&D Advisory Panel, an advisor/member to the Singapore National Archives Board, and the Australia-Singapore Joint ICT Council. Hing Yan is a Fellow and Vice President of the Cloud Chapter in the Singapore Computer Society. He graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with PhD and MS degrees in Computer Science. He previously studied at Imperial College London in UK where he obtained a BSc (Eng.) with 1st Class Honours in Computing and MSc in Management Science. |

Li Rongjie, Senior Engineer, has been working at the China Merchant Bank (CMB) for seven years. He is an expert in network and security and proficient in the security area for internet access and the risk in the datacenter. He is in charge of the design and operate of the cloud platform of CMB, technical research in the SDN and vxlan.

Liew Min Chee was Director at Credit Suisse AG responsible for technology related regulatory coverage APAC. In this role, he led a team that keeps abreast of regulatory expectations in the region. He also chaired The Association of Banks in Singapore Standing Committee on Cyber Security.
Prior to this role, he was with OCBC Bank as Head of Information Security before taking on the role as Head of Technology and Information Security Risk for OCBC Bank. As a result of his roles, he has experience in managing Information Security from an implementation, operational as well as through a governance and oversight role. He was also the Head of Information Integrity and Protection for Africa and Asia under Global Information Security at Barclays Bank. His responsibility involves helping businesses safeguard their customers' information as well as meet regulatory requirements. His current and previous role require him to address common Information Security challenges faced by most organisations. Before moving into Information Security, Min Chee has over 20 years of experience in Information Technology in the financial sector. His experience includes dealing with issues in traditional customer-facing channels (ATM) to Internet based channels. This experience extends to Payment Card industry and he was involved in pioneering Smart Card based products used in Singapore. Min Chee holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Manchester. |
Wilson PANGSenior Manager, Fintech Facilitation Office, Hong Kong Monetary Authority

Wilson is a Senior Manager at the Fintech Facilitation Office (FFO) of the Hong Kong Monetary Authority. He is a key member of some of the major research projects of the office, such as the research and application of Distributed Ledger Technology and Cybersecurity Fortification Initiative. He also manages and strengthens mainland China - Hong Kong relationship for the FFO. Prior to joining the HKMA, Wilson was a director at Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu, leaders in information technology audit and cyber security consulting. He has 20 years of IT and cyber security consulting experience in various industries, including banking, insurance, manufacturing and retail. Wilson is a Certified Information Systems Auditor and a Chartered Public Accountant with the Board of Accountancy, New Hampshire of The United States. He holds a Bachelor Degree of Business Administration (Information System) from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.

Jim is helping shape the future of information security and related technology industries as co-founder, CEO and driving force of the Cloud Security Alliance. Jim has been named as one of the Top 10 cloud computing leaders by SearchCloudComputing.com.
Jim is the President of Reavis Consulting Group, LLC, where he advises security companies, governments, large enterprises and other organizations on the implications of new trends such as Cloud, Mobility, Internet of Things and how to take advantage of them. Jim founded SecurityPortal, the Internet’s largest website devoted to information security in 1998, and guided it until a successful exit in 2000. Jim has been an advisor on the launch of many industry ventures that have achieved a successful M&A exit or IPO. Jim is widely quoted in the press and has worked with hundreds of corporations on their information security strategy and technology roadmap. Jim has a background in networking technologies, marketing, product management and systems integration. Jim received a B.A. in Business Administration / Computer Science from Western Washington University in 1987 and formerly served on WWU’s alumni board. Jim was recognized as a WWU Distinguished Alumnus in 2015. In 2016, Jim was inducted into the Information Systems Security Association (ISSA) Hall of Fame. |

Narudom Roongsiriwong is a Certified Information Security Professional with experience more than 20 years. His primary areas of information security are in solution designing, data analytics and application security.
Narudom currently works for Kiatnakin Bank Public Company Limited as Head of IT Security and Solution Architecture. He significantly improved bank's information security; developed policies and guidelines aligned to regulations and industry best practices, and also established secure software development life cycle and cybersecurity incident response process. In October 2017, Narudom was awarded "Best Application Security" and "CISO of the Year" from NetworkWorld Asia. Narudom is a committee member of Thailand Banking Sector CERT (TB-CERT), committee member of Cloud Security Alliance (CSA) Thailand Chapter, consultant to the Open Web Application Security Project (OWASP) Thailand Chapter. |

Benjamin believes in contributing back to communities and is involved in many charities and communities’ projects both locally and internationally. He also held various directorships of Rotary club, including being a President of a local chartered Rotary club in Singapore. Benjamin is a fellow member of the Association Chartered Certified Accountants and the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants. He holds a MBA, DIC from the Imperial College of London. |
Haojie ZHUANG

Haojie is Director of Research for APAC at the Cloud Security Alliance (CSA), where his current portfolio includes delivering initiatives from CSA Working Groups, CSA Corporate Members, standards developing organizations, governments, and other strategic partners.
Prior to joining CSA, Haojie was Manager at the Intelligent Computing Lab, Technology Solutions Division of the Infocomm Media Development Authority (IMDA) of Singapore. During this tenure, he led the development of artificial intelligence strategic roadmaps, and collaborative projects with industry and research community partners to co-develop machine learning driven solutions, aimed at tackling productivity and sectoral challenges. When Haojie was with the National Cloud Computing Office under the former Infocomm Development Authority (IDA) of Singapore, he conceptualized & managed data-related initiatives for industry, and led awareness creation efforts for cloud computing in Singapore. Haojie obtained his B.Eng. (Hons) in Computer Engineering from the National University of Singapore, beginning his career with a brief stint as an events photographer, before getting involved in the research & design of networking protocols for multi-hop underwater networks at the Institute for Infocomm Research (I2R), Agency for Science, Technology & Research (A*STAR). Whenever possible, Haojie prefers inline skating to walking. |
