Aloysius CheangExecutive Vice President of APAC, CSA

Aloysius Cheang is a cybersecurity enthusiast first and a senior business executive second. He has extensive experience in managing and delivering direct business values in strategic, complex multi-million dollar information technology (IT) program and business projects for Global 500 organizations worldwide. In his line of work, Aloysius has managed large multi-cultural, multi-disciplinary team spread across 5 continents and 4 major time zones, many a time building up the business from scratch.
Currently the Executive Vice President of Asia Pacific for the CSA, Aloysius is instrumental for the superlative expansion of CSA in Asia including China, Japan and Korea in East Asia to India in South Asia and Oceania countries in the Pacific, obtaining critical executive buy-in from both the private and public sectors. He is also influential in political and economic groups such as the ISO, INTERPOL, ITU-T, APCERP and ASEAN. In addition, he is responsible for the organization’s standardization efforts as the Chief Standards Officer. Prior to the CSA, Aloysius was the global Head of Security with one of the largest telecommunication company in the world and the Technology Practice Leader covering Asia and the Middle East for a leading management consulting firm. He holds B.Sc (Hons) and Masters in Computer Science from the National University of Singapore and is an adjunct professor with a couple of universities. |
Fang Guo WeiGeneral Manager of Cloud Platform, Ping An Technology

Fang Guowei, is the current general manager of the Cloud Platform Division in Ping An. He currently leads the team that is responsible for developing and ensuring smooth operation. Prior to this, he was the Chief Technical Adviser of Amazon AWS, overlooking AWS China's marketing strategy and key customer cloud computing program design.
Before that, he was a senior architect of Microsoft's cloud computing "center of excellence" in the global services division, responsible for Microsoft's cloud computing services in the Greater China and Advisory services in the Asia Pacific region. He is the founder of Microsoft China in the development of cloud computing strategy and solutions landing. Before joining Microsoft, he was a senior software engineer IBM China Co., Ltd., is responsible for the enterprise JAVA and SOA solutions. Fang Guowei graduated with Masters in Computer Science from Tsinghua University. |

Frank Chow has more than twenty years of extensive solid working experience in the information security industry across Asia-Pacific. He is an advocate of a number of international leading practices, such as implementing ISO27001 information security management, ISO20000 IT service management, and ISO22301 business continuity management standard for various local and multinational companies. He is a high profile speaker for major industry events and training sessions. Frank serves on the Executive Committee of Professional Information Security Association, Committee Member of (ISC)2 Hong Kong Chapter, and Board of Directors of the Cloud Security Alliance Hong Kong & Macau Chapter. Over the years, he received recognition for his efforts - (ISC)2 Asia Pacific Information Security Leadership Achievement Awards and BCI Asia Business Continuity Awards and HKCS Outstanding ICT Achiever Award. He holds a variety of professional certificates such as the CCSP, CISSP, ISSAP, ISSMP, CSSLP, CCSK, C|CISO, CGEIT, CRISC, CISM, CISA, CBCP, TOGAF, PMP etc.

Daniele CattedduChief Technology Office, CSA

Daniele Catteddu is an information security and risk management practitioner, technologies expert and privacy evangelist with over 15 of experience. He worked in several senior roles both in the private and public sector. He is member of various national and international security expert groups and committees on cyber-security and privacy, keynote speaker at several conferences and author of numerous studies and papers on risk management, cyber security and privacy.
Currently he is the Chief Technology Officer, at Cloud Security Alliance, where he is responsible to drive, on a global scale, the adoption of the technology strategy roadmap within key CSA lines of business: Research, Membership Services, Standards, Education and Products. He identifies technology trends, global policies and evolving social behavior and their impact on information security and on CSA’s activities. Daniele leads the product management for CSA and chairs the Futures Advisory Committee. Mr Catteddu is the co-founder and executive of the CSA Open Certification Framework / STAR Program. Moreover he leads definition and implementation of the CSA research agenda in Europe and manages the relations with European public institutions and is member of the CSA International Standardization Council. He has been recently appointed as Member of the Policy and Scientific Committee of the European Privacy Association. In past he worked at CSA as Managing Director for the EMEA Region, at ENISA (European Network and Information Security Agency), as Expert in areas of Critical Information Infrastructure Protection (CIIP) and Emerging and Future Risks Management, and in particular, having a leading role in developing EU cloud security research. Before joining ENISA, Daniele worked as an Information Security consultant in the banking and financial sector. Daniele graduated from the University of Parma (Italy) in Business Administration and Economics, and he is an ISACA Certified Information Security Manager. |
Liew Min CheeChair, Association of Banks in Singapore Standing Committee on Cyber Security (ABS)

Min Chee is the Chair of the Association of Banks in Singapore Standing Committee on Cyber Security (ABS SCCS). He is also a Director in Credit Suisse CISO organization where he has responsibilities for regulatory coverage for Asia-Pacific.
Prior to this, he held various roles in OCBC Group including Head of Technology & Information Security Risk and Head of Information Security. He was also the Head of Information Integrity and Protection for Africa and Asia under Global Information Security in Barclays Bank. His responsibility involves helping businesses safeguard their customer's information as well as meet regulatory requirements. His current and previous role requires him to address common Information Security challenges faced by most organizations. Before moving into Information Security, Min Chee has over 20 years of experience in Information Technology in the Financial sector. His experience includes dealing with issues in traditional customer-facing channels (ATM) to Internet based channels. This experience extends to Payment Card industry and was involved in pioneering Smart Card based products used in Singapore. Min Chee holds a Bachelor of Science degree from University of Manchester. |

Narudom Roongsiriwong is a Certified Information Security Professional with experience more than 20 years. His primary areas of information security are in solution designing, data analytics and application security.
Narudom joined Kiatnakin Bank PLC in 2014 as Head of IT Security. He significantly improved bank's information security, developed policies and guidelines aligned to regulations and industry best practices, and also established secure software development life cycle in Kiatnakin's environment. Narudom is a committee member of Cloud Security Alliance (CSA) Thailand Chapter, consultant to the Open Web Application Security Project (OWASP) Thailand Chapter and also a committee member of Thailand Information Security Association (TISA). With over 20 years of experiences in providing IT system, IT management, Cybersecurity related advisory service, Keith leads a team over 100 dedicated professionals of Cybersecurity. He provides advisory and auditing services to various local and international financial institutes, regarding Cybersecurity, IT risk management and internal control, SOX 404, regulation compliance, and etc.

Yale LiChairman, CSA Greater China Coordinating Body

Yale Li has been volunteering for the CSA since 2010. He is currently Chairman of CSA Greater China Region and its Security Coordinating Body. Previously, he served as the Chief Strategy Ambassador and Strategy Advisor for CSA Global, CISO Submit Program Committee Member for CSA APAC, Board Member & Research Director for CSA Seattle Chapter, and Lead/Member for several CSA Workgroups. He is one of the earliest CCSK credential holders.
Yale is a global security thought leader in both industry and academia. With a focus on European governments and telecommunications companies, he has provided technical leadership at Huawei in China since late 2014 as the Chief Cyber Security Expert (VP Level) to cover cyber security evaluation, international CSO, cloud computing and CEO advisory roles. Prior to Huawei, he had been with Microsoft in US for 16 years as the Global Chief Security Architect and China CISO, and worked in areas such as Information Security, Cyber Security, Cloud Security, Windows R&D, and Internet Ops. He came to Microsoft from IBM in Canada where he was the Chief Technology Architect. Yale is currently Senior Fellow & Adjunct Professor at Xi'an Jiaotong University and Visiting Professor at Nanjing University of Telecommunications & Posts. He was also Ph.D. Supervisor at University of Washington, Honorary Professor at Peking University, and Visiting Scholar at Beihang University. He was the ICCSM Programme Chairman, RecordsInTheCloud.Org Collaborator, and advisor/speaker for several government agencies and labs such as US Nist and China CEPREI Certification Body. Yale had background in Physics as research assistant to CERN's Nobel Prize and Rutherford Medal laureates. He has also authored several books and many articles. |
