Cloud Adoption in the Malaysian FSI Sector: Survey Report ​

Cloud Computing is a new paradigm in computing that offers its users many advantages, such as cost savings, agility, elasticity and shorter time to market. Cloud adoption has made much progress, albeit at different rates in various industry sectors and countries because of assorted factors and impediments. For this report, the CSA turns its attention to Malaysia, a country that already has numerous hard and soft infrastructures that support cloud adoption. The “Cloud Adoption in the Malaysian Financial Services Industry (FSI) sector” survey was undertaken by CSA to understand and evaluate cloud adoption trends and concerns in the FSI in that region.

This CSA effort was undertaken to understand the state of cloud adoption in Malaysia, and to identify obstacles (if any) that may impede adoption by the Malaysian FSI sector.
