CDCSCloud Data Center Security |
Data Center is a critical infrastructure for Cloud Computing. The Cloud Data Center Security working group aims to develop a security guidance document for Data Center providers and customers worldwide, focusing mainly on physical security requirements of the facility and operational best practices. The Guidance shall act as a framework for any organisations that may operate cloud data centers in more than one country. Country specific standards, legal requirements and regulations shall also be covered and will be developed as a plugin to the framework.
The workgroup aims to develop and maintain a research portfolio providing capabilities to assist the cloud provider industry in enhancing their Data Centers’ security from the point of the infrastructure security and the physical security in Cloud Data Center. |
